For the gearbox driven by the gear, the medium selection can be selected according to the temperature, speed, working pressure, season, etc. to select the appropriate type of gear oil for lubrication. For the other type of gearbox, when selecting the lubricating medium, the lubrication requirements of the spur gear transmission should be considered on the one hand, and the heat dissipation and the suction gap of the friction plate should be considered on the other hand.
Under normal circumstances, the viscosity of the gear oil is large, which cannot meet the requirements for heat dissipation and suction clearance of the friction plate. If the conventional gear oil is used incorrectly in such a reduction gearbox, the friction plate will not be tightly sucked and the torque will be transmitted. Small, long-term use affects heat dissipation, causing the friction piece to warp and deform, causing the friction between the friction plates to transmit torque. Therefore, such gearboxes generally use Chuan-30 in summer and hj-20 mechanical oil in winter to lubricate. it is good.
Another lubrication in the hoisting mechanism is the steel wire rope. The steel wire rope should be regularly coated with grease to ensure good lubrication with the pulley and the reel. It is best to use calcium-based or ruthenium-based grease.
