The use of conditions

The reducer is designed for ambient temperature range -20~C+80~C.

When working in harsh environments (such as: salt water, salt gas, dust, mud, overpressure, strong shocks, ambient temperature, intrusive media, etc.) will affect the performance of the reducer, please consult us first.

 

Design standard parameters

Refer to the FEM third edition standard. Determine the classification of load status, the level of agency utilization, and the corresponding agency work level; use the coefficient of the work level of other agencies to correct.

Tnom (N.m): Dynamic torque. According to the FEM standard M5 (T5-L2), the reference output speed is 15 rpm and the maximum output speed is 25 rpm, taking into account the load situation and including the torque value of the increasing coefficient rm brake.

Hydraulic motor

The reducer is designed to directly mount flanged or variable hydraulic motors. If needed. Hydraulic motor can also be included in the scope of delivery of the reducer (specially available for motor drive)

 

Parking brake

The planetary gear unit contains a spring-loaded, hydraulically released, normally closed, multi-plate parking brake placed on the input. Brakes for controlling the brake

The installation location

The winding reducer is installed horizontally inside the drum; the slewing reducer is installed vertically. If it is mounted horizontally, it must be stated in advance.


Lubrication

All gears and antifriction bearings are lubricated with oil. In addition to regular oil changes, the reducer does not require maintenance. Lubricant replacement cycle and lubricant selection are given in the table below. 


Paint

Paint requirements: corrosion resistance, moisture resistance, salt and alkali resistance, cold resistance and so on. The primer is epoxy zinc-rich primer (dry film thickness 70μm),

Intermediate paint with epoxy cloud iron paint (dry film thickness 40μm). Finishing paint according to user standards.
