3. Lubricating oil plus and release
The inlet port of the reducer is provided with an air vent and a gas inlet. The large output shaft support bearing adopts a long acting grease without replacement, and the oil level can be inspected through the observation hole.
The location of each oil discharge port is shown below.
4. Eccentricity adjustment
In order to accurately adjust the clearance between the output shaft gear and the gear ring, the eccentricity adjustment between the output gear shaft and the fixed flange can be adjusted when the output shaft is assembled.
5. Eccentric gear shaft
The output gear shaft adopts the spline shaft insert structure or the integral forging structure, and the gear tooth surface hardness HRC57 - 62 (also can be surface hardening on the tooth surface according to the customer's request hardness).
The gear displacement coefficient +0.5 is used to repair the top of the tooth.
6. Performance parameters and dimensions
1) Each minimum value is for reference only in the design range. For specific selection, it is necessary to specify the size.
2) Output pinion gear number, modulus, given at the time of ordering.
3) The flange bolts are graded 10.9.
4) The dimensions D1, D2 are determined by the pinion structure, and the smaller dimensions need to be explained first.

The rated torque of the gearbox selected must satisfy the following formula:
T 2k=T 2×K<Tnom (see parameter table)
Select a bulk cargo ship to use the slewing speed reducer for crane lifting, press the FME equipment classification as M5 (T5-L2), consider the pinion gear load torque M=41000N.m after various load conditions, output gear M=16 Z=12 X = 0.58 B = 180, mating gear M = 16 Z = 146 X = 0.5. Working load torque: T 2 = 41000N.m
Check the work table K=1, the pinion speed is in the normal range
Check table DLS050 rated torque value Tnom = 44000N.m
T 2k = T 2 × K = 41000 × 1 = 41000 <Tnom = 44000
So use DLW050 to meet the requirements of rotary speed reducer
In order to ensure the normal operation of the slewing mechanism, the mounting center hole of the steel structure must be concentric, and the flange mounting surface must be perpendicular to it. The relative position between the mounting hole of the steel structure and the mounting surface of the flange is not allowed to change excessively under the influence of environmental influences and external forces. The recommended tolerances are as follows.
A: When the workpiece rotates around the reference centerline, the amount of axial runout in any measurement plane must not exceed the value
B: The centerline of each machining axis hole must be located in a cylinder whose deviation from the centerline of the reference plane is this value.
Oil selection and replacement
The correct choice of oil and reasonable maintenance can extend the service life of the reducer.
New reducer or replacement repaired reducer. Use oil for the first time after 200 hours. Replace oil every 1000 hours. Change oil at least once a year.
