The conical twin-screw gearbox will output the power of the main motor to the output long axis after being decelerated and twisted through its transmission box, and the long axis will pass a pair of 1:1 rotation ratio small cone angle helical gears to drive the short axis. The long and short shafts drive the screw to extrude high quality products at the same angle as the screw.
The active transmission parts of the conical twin-screw gearbox are made of high-quality alloy steel. The gears are made by carburizing, quenching and grinding, and reach the accuracy of (GBl0095-88). The distribution box body is a sphere material. The gear is made of 38CrMoAL material by nitriding. The gear hobbing is cut by CNC hobbing machine, and the taper angle precision is much higher than other processing methods. All oil seals are imported. There are cooling coils in the gearbox and distribution box for the cooling of the lubricating oil.
The gear precision and bearing configuration of the conical twin-screw gearbox have new improvements compared to conventional products, so the overall performance index is superior to the current product.
