First, there is no load check in the neutral. The front and rear axles of the car are firmly jacked up, the engine is started (the neutral gear is not stepped on the clutch), the throttle is increased, and the speed is repeatedly changed. When the speed is high and low, the metal noise is emitted inside the transmission, and the sound increases with the rotation speed. Increase, when the clutch is depressed, the sound disappears, that is, the intermediate shaft is damaged early. When driving the road, start driving in the first and second gears to increase the engine speed. At this time, the abnormal noise in the transmission is very large; when the third, fourth, and reverse gears are heard, the sound is reduced; when the fifth gear is engaged, the sound immediately disappears (because the fifth gear The power is transmitted directly through the two axes, at which time the intermediate shaft is unloaded and idling). The intermediate journal wear is too limited, and the intermediate shaft size can be restored by a spray welding process, followed by heat treatment to meet the technical requirements.
New parts should be replaced without repair value. After the intermediate shaft is installed, the round nut at the rear end is tightened, and the nut lock piece is locked to avoid damage caused by the axial movement of the intermediate shaft after loosening.
