The common faults of the gearbox and the causes are as follows:
1. Gearbox abnormal sound and vibration
1.1 The frequency of abnormal sound is stable, there is abnormal sound in one direction, and there is no abnormal sound in reverse rotation. Such abnormal noise may be caused by a flaw in the flank of the tooth surface.
1.2 The frequency of abnormal sound is faster and the tooth surface check is normal. There may be bearing damage, uneven circumference caused by the inner ring raceway or the dent of the roller surface.
1.3 Other tooth surface problems may also cause abnormal noise due to unstable operation.
1.4 Shaft end bearing damage or bearing and journal wear will create a matching clearance, which will cause the gear to sway and torsional vibration.
1.5 When the gear box is connected to an adjacent condition, the vibration caused by the excessive deviation of the center of the connecting shaft.
1.6 Vibration of the gear shaft is insufficient and the vibration caused by the deformation of the box.
