If the color of the oil turns black and is still deep, you should replace the new oil in time. Check the vibration and noise conditions of the gearbox while the unit is running. If the filter is clogged and an alarm is caused, it is necessary to find the cause of the fault in time. If necessary, replace the filter element and observe whether the oil color and impurities are normal. When installing the outer casing of the filter, pay attention to the active thread and the force should be even to avoid damage to the thread. Check that the radiator of the gearbox is clogged, can be cleaned by reverse cooling, or cleaned with a brush. After the above inspections are performed, the oil level, temperature, pressure and observation window of the gearbox are compared. Check for worn wires, and identify potential hazards in time and eliminate them in advance. In addition to the above checks, there are some faults in routine maintenance.

If there is an abnormality in the operating state of the gearbox, it is necessary to collect the oil sample at any time. The service life of gear oil is generally three to five years, and the replacement of gear oil is generally limited to time. Because of the operating environment of the gearbox, it is not necessary to ensure the economical and safe operation of the gearbox in different operating environments. This requires the operator to pay attention to collecting and sorting the data of the wind turbine, and comparing the test results of the oil parameters.
