After heat treatment, such as quenching and tempering, carburizing and quenching, the surface hardness reaches HRC58°~62°, and all the gears are finely ground, and the grinding precision reaches 6 -5, mainly used in heavy industries such as mining, petrochemical, electric power, steel and metallurgy.
As a matching transmission device of the conical twin-screw plastic extruder, the conical twin-screw gearbox is composed of two parts: a reduction gearbox and a distribution box. The motor power can be torque-decreased and then output to the distribution box, and then through the distribution box. For the small cone angle helical gear of 1:1 transmission ratio, the double output shaft is driven to drive the screw to rotate in a different outward rotation manner.
