Perform semi-finishing, car, rolling, and gear shaping to make the gear basically form; then heat-treat the gear to improve the mechanical properties of the gear. According to the requirements of use and the materials used, there are quenching and tempering, carburizing and quenching, and teeth. Surface high-frequency induction heating quenching, etc.; finally finishing the gear, finishing the benchmark, finishing the tooth shape.
